We highly suggest DataqSDK.NET
Class if you are starting a new project on products supported by the class.
Since the new DATAQSDK.NET is providing an advanced .NET
programming interface, UltimaSerial ActiveX project is now in frozen state,
meaning no more development to support newer Dataq USB device nor to improve its
functionality for existing products. We are focusing our effort on WinDaq
addons

Fix a bug that prevents certain cases of co-existence of DI-145 and DI-149

Supports DI-155
Bug fixed:
- DI-145's sample rate was half of what it was specified. The problem
was introduced when the latest 145 firmware no longer support the
undocumented max sample rate of 480.
Workaround:
- DI-155/149 will stop scanning and flag an error when sample rate is below
11.44Hz, which is the minimum sample of the device.
Now UltimaSerial will force all sample rates below the minimum sample
to 11.44 and continue

Fixed the following problem in DI-148/158:
At certain low sample rate (for example, 62.5s/s) the device will stop
working. The reason is because we tried too hard to get the perfect sample
rate and had to pick a super high sample rate with software counter, and
at high sample rate, the data rate exceeds the one supported by the
default baud rate.

Support higher sample rate for DI-145
One can acquire data at sample rate higher than 240 s/s on DI-145
shipped after mid 2012 (the exact date can't be determined due to overlaps
of new and old models)
Please note the front-end circuit of DI-145 has a low-pass filter and
it may not respond ideally at higher sample rate
